Three Systems, One Wet Spot

Between the city meter at the curb and your front door runs the service line, and teeing off it sits the irrigation system with its backflow assembly, feeding laterals across the whole lot. All three share the same soil, so a soggy patch incriminates nobody by itself.

The line from the meter to the house is the homeowner’s responsibility, and so is the tie-in that feeds the sprinklers, which means the diagnosis matters twice: once for the repair, and once for knowing which trade should even be standing in your yard. Our first job on every call is putting the meter, the shutoffs, and the zone valves through an isolation sequence until exactly one system owns the evidence.
